hi, When I use "clusteradm join" , I got an error about hub-kubeconfig-secret, the managed cluster cannot connect to hub cluster.

Failed to get hub kubeconfig secret "open-cluster-management-agent" "hub-kubeconfig-secret": secrets "hub-kubeconfig-secret" not found

it seems like you are using some kind of local cluster like KinD.
For KinD, when you run the join command you have to use --force-internal-endpoint-lookup param
see https://open-cluster-management.io/getting-started/quick-start/#deploy-a-klusterlet-agent-on-your-managed-cluster for more details.
