Top level groups with "sensitive" content

For channels it is possible to hide messages from preview and it is also possible to tag a community as "Offensive" or "Adult".

Neither of these things seem to be possible for top level groups. We have been made aware of various groups that would do well to use these features so it would be good to see if groups could be made consistent.
