@kemitchell FYI, the Voting Information Project recently added internationalization / multi-language support to their upcoming version 5.0 spec. I'm also in the process of making multi-lingual data available at the SFBED project (at least for the election data in San Francisco that is "fixed" like office and government body names). I'm aiming for the seven languages officially supported by the SF Department of Elections.
