Add authentication for Izly

I think some sort of unlock authentication for the Izly view should be added, such as biometric authentication or similar.

Currently, someone could just open the app and freely generate a QR code and steal all your money, which would definitely not be optimal.

You could enable the global app lock to fix this. However, it could be fine to enable it only for izly.
