Goal(s):

Implement a cross-origin payment modal for enhanced payment functionality.

Requirements:

Use WebPayments API with DID Controller Authentication Method to confirm action
Capabilities derived from Access Token, resolves controller Wallet Accounts
Templ Rendered Nebula Form Select with Tigerbeetle sourced Account Balances
Simulate Transaction operation with gRPC Client to determine gas fee
