Testing and deploying an updated version of the Playground with the following changes from FLIP fest:

onflow/flip-fest#62
onflow/flip-fest#77
onflow/flip-fest#83

As well as updated Cadence version:
onflow/flow-playground-api#16

Changes from FLIP fest are deployed to https://play.staging.onflow.org
Still working with the API to deploy latest Cadence.
