Add capabilities to expose Product number, Board UUID attributes in Sysman device properties

Currently we only expose SoC UUID, request is to expose two other attributes from FRU data

Board UUID is uniquely identify the board in the datacenter , which might contain multiple SOC (Soc UUID)
