Handle missing Flash plugin for tutorial movies

Very minor point, but noticed that if you don’t have Flash Player installed, you don't see a friendly message advising you that is required to view the tutorial movies, just a black screen. I suspect this is unlikely to be an issue as most users will have it installed.
