Can see execution

I have installed plugin as said.

I have gone through this page https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?t=55733, it says change name to the python version which I did and after that I could see plugin in my deluge

Problem is it is unable to execute the function and it's not removing torrents after reaching certain ratio, like for testing I have kept 1.0 ratio and my torrent has reached to 3.**** and seedtime is also 5 days where I kept it as 48hre delete time

I am using seedbox, it's unmanaged so I have to work on things on my own.

python --version = 2.7.3
python3 --version = 3.7.3

I have to rename my egg plugin to *py.2.7.egg to see it in my deluge and *py.3.7.egg doesn't show any plugin on deluge (yes I have restarted deluges everytime I have freshly installed plugin)

my deluge version is 2.0.3
