What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run on attached pdf file, no arguments necessary

What is the expected output?

JSON file.

What do you see instead?

Segfault.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

pdf2json version 0.66, compiled tarball from the download section. Compiled on 
OpenSuse 12.4. gcc (GCC) 4.6.1.

Please provide any additional information below.

gdb says:

    LinkDest::LinkDest (this=0x81c3f20, dest=0x0) at Link.cc:395
    395       kind = dest->kind;

coredump attached.

Same problem.

This is resolved in 0.68.
