Offering monthly consulation hours for users

as discussed at the 10th anniversary 🥇 meeting of oemof we want to start consultation hours for users. The idea is to have a jour-fix of two hours operated by volunteers ones the month. The volunteers are suppose to have deep knowledge of oemof, but as well it can be sufficient to know the right people to connect to.

If we find 12 volunteers, each volunteers only need to spend two hours the year with that task. I suggest to set up the meeting during usual workings hours, so if nobody appears for questions, work can be continued without restrictions. If you are assigned, don't feel pushed to participate as a tutor, but maybe you can ask people in your team/institute to do so.

By liking this issue you give a non-binding commitment to participate as a tutor. Afterwards I will set up a survey with the day and time slot for the meeting.
