Add Disconnect button to main screen

Whenever I leave octgn open and say sleep the computer and come back to using it if I was logged in when the computer went to sleep you cannot create a game even though it says you are logged in and the only way to get it working is to close and reopen the program. A disconnect or re-log type of feature would be nice to avoid a re-launch.
