Replace type definition for plural form synonyms

Closes #3080 by replacing the ad-hod "plural" synonym type definition with the equivalent, externally defined OMO:0003004

Depends on

• Update ODK image to v1.4.3 in QC #3087
• Add OMO import to UBERON #3058
• Import OMO terms #3092
