* use `notes` in the case of multiple comment tags

* add `notes` to accepted annotations list

* change to `notes` another case multiple comment tag

* use `curator_notes` instead of `notes`

* fix comment OBO syntax

* add EDITOR_NOTE to comments previously from `editor notes` annotation

* replace `UBPROP:0000008` and `IAO:0000232` with `comment` when annotation in another axiom

* normalize uberon-edit file
