I use quickfast_win_src_1_5_0.zip from 
http://code.google.com/p/quickfast/downloads/list

1. InterpretApplication.exe -t templates.xml -file small.dump > out.log
Size of out.log is 0 bytes.

2. InterpretApplication.exe -t templates.xml -file big.dump > out.log
Size of out.log is 19256 bytes.

You can find in attach:
1. small.dump have one FAST packet
2. big.dump have 3 FAST packets
3. templates.xml
