Two lines paragraph highlight issue

Hey, I found this weird highlight results:
For this markdown text:

This is a *same*
    **paragraph**

The highlight result is:

[chriseidhof]

Interesting. It seem like this might be a bug in cmark, it reports the correct line number, but it says the emphasis starts at column 1. Either my interpretation of CommonMark's position is wrong, or the underlying library is wrong =)

@chriseidhof Yeah, the cmark lib returns unexpected columns.
More interestingly, I also found this weird results (I made italic highligted):

Looks like this is related to soft breaks.
