1.2.1 Definition of terms contains a row for 'Representation Model' but the associated Definition text does not seem define or mention that term.
A possible definition already exists in point 3 of 'TOSCA Entities' in the overview.
Another might be:
The set of knowledge, held by the orchestrator, about a specific instance of a run-time service topology which has been deployed from a service template.

That sounds like a good definition. We should use it in the metamodel section of the specification.
