Bots can only see the emojis for servers they are in. For distributing cogs publicly, they will never be able to see the Dungeon Church ones.

Emojis should be configurable in Red Config, defaulting to unicode {GAME DIE} 🎲 for everything.
Let user change each and save the emoji string in the config.
