timedate formatting for dates shows time only for value 23.5 hours ago #465

Just noticed that a thing that happened 23.5 hours ago was rendered as just a time.. which makes it tricky to distinguish from things happening now. I think because the logic is to show time for anything in the last 24 hours. Maybe that it needs to include date for anything older than 12 hours or anything crossing a date boundary in the viewers timezone.
