at the moment of writing (17 dec 24 11:32) the page at https://www.naturalearthdata.com/updates/mail.cgi gives an errro:

SQL Connect Error
There's been a problem with connecting to the SQL server. Make sure your login information is correct.

Complete error message:

Undefined subroutine &Params::Validate::validate called at DADA/App/Guts.pm line 630,  line 1.
