Looking for an index file of all Natural Earth Datasets #930

Hello,

I am looking for a machine-readable (JSON, XML, etc.) list of all datasets available to download on https://www.naturalearthdata.com/.

I am able to list all files from the S3 bucket, but there is no metadata and I would need to have at least the dataset name.

Is there such a thing? Thanks!
