can anyone explain the working of vp how the input from kernel goes to qemu and router and hw communicate with the router

as far as I know, there is no such document so far. But you may refer to this paper QBox: an industrial solution for virtual platform simulation using QEMU and SystemC TLM-2.0. It explains how the QBOX works and communicates with rest systemC model.
