Open a new excel workbook or an existing one. Its size does not matter.
Navigate to any cell and enter a formula in it.
Then, navigate back to that cell using he arrow keys and hit f2 to edit.
Navigate anywhere in the formula and hit the backspace key.
I usually do not get any speech feedback as is expected. nvda also appears to hang.
Actual behavior:
There is a gap between the hitting of the backspace key and nvda speaking.
Expected behavior:
The character that is being deleted is spoken and nvda does not lag.
Steps to reproduce:
