Support for GROUP BY clause

Any plans on supporting GROUP BY clauses in theSqlGenerator classes? As it stands, adding support for this clause seems like it would require a significant amount of rewriting of the base SqlGenerator, and extending the class is made difficult by so many of the core methods being scoped as private.
