Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
"We observe on our tools that people never delete their account when they change jobs. If they keep the same e-mail address, our org is is a large group of structures, you can move around with the same e-mail, then they keep access to the docs. And if they're no longer at the CNRS, we keep ghost owner accounts.
At the margin, we can imagine making a mistake in assigning an owner. In that case, we're stuck.
Our org IS security department is very attentive to the security and confidentiality of data, some of which is of a confidential nature."

Currently owners can only remove themselves from a document.

Describe the solution you'd like
As an owner of a document I want to be able to remove another owner from a document so that I can manage access of people who left my organization.
