add other users blockstack id's as colloborators in the sign screen and maybe make their name appear in the chat window

need to merge currentDoc.path array with the remote. To get remote, need to query global index in this bucket (for now, until a layer 2 storage on atlas can be built) - https://gaia.blockstack.org/hub/1PoZGGAuQ4yPj72TrXbG4pKbgB9tvCUqQ1/blockusign
