Steps to reproduce: set neofs_storage__bind_address: '0.0.0.0' or use default.

Ferm and iptables wants 0.0.0.0/0, not just 0.0.0.0.

  1. мысль сделать отдельную ручку для фаирвола меня не радует
  2. в чём смысл делать правила по daddr, не излишне ли это?
