When I try to run python setup.py install, it says this:
Levenshtein.c:2016:15: error: variable ‘moduledef’ has initializer but incomplete type
Levenshtein.c:2017:5: error: ‘PyModuleDef_HEAD_INIT’ undeclared here (not in a function)
and crashes.
