executing help results in command not found. I'm using the latest release, 3.0.0.

$ adr help
/usr/bin/adr-help: line 16: more: command not found

There is a pipe in line the last line on adr-help file and for some reason doesn't work.

("$adr_bin_dir/_adr_help" "$@") | $pager
