This may have already been looked at/decided. When it's not a tie but the margin is less than .5 point, we show D/R +0, which seems a little confusing. But D/R +<1 is clunky. I don't know what the right answer is, just noting it.

We could show one decimal place only when the margin is less than one?
But I also think it looks fine the way it is
