Image Verification Plugin For containerd

The containerd project recently implemented a new feature, allowing for image verification plugins. Containerd can use these plugins to verify an image before pulling the image layers. It would be useful if there was a supported image verification plugin to allow notation image verification can be integrated with containerd. The binary plugin should fit the containerd image verifier binary API.
