The relay does not emit the disconnect event #270

The title explains it.
I think the cause is here

ndk/ndk/src/relay/connectivity.ts

Line 181 in 4bdda16

// this.ndkRelay.emit("disconnect");

The line is commented out. Why is that?
Since I don't have this event, I need to take extra steps to detect if I need to reconnect.
