By design decaff is verbose (and pretty, at least I think it is). One should be able to opt-out via a CLI option. Not sure about introducing "levels" (e.g. "all", "warnings", "none"), I would rather implement a kill switch that completely turns off everything except errors.

Wouldn't hurt to abstract the way everything get's printed out, i.e. some printer service.
