Make it easier to preview Noodle.

It should be as simple as:

  1. Add Noodle comments in a local folder.
  2. Run scan run --here

Noodle will create simple configuration for the local folder you are working on (cwd) and scan it. The undeclared resources in the Noodle comments will be added automatically.
