Accept lightning payment requests

Let's add a way to receive requests from other apps to pay lightning invoices. For example, clicking a zap button on another app would make a request to Keystache and provide the invoice that it would like to pay. For an initial implementation, Keystache can just show the invoice as a QR code so the user can use whatever lightning wallet they already have.
