Description
When using PuTTY, the TUI colors are not represented correctly, which makes it unusable.

Expected behavior
TUI should look like this:

This is more of a PuTTY problem than a HD problem, as other terminals like the Powershell one work properly. Fix is here: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/20257/how-do-you-display-xterm-colors-with-putty-bash/358608#358608

In light of the above this is more of a docs issue than a bug to be solved. We probably just need to be clear that "we recommend Powershell, but if you really want to make PuTTY work, you can use the info in this link to make it work"
