正在过现有的ISSUE，最近打算优化一下pikapika。我并不知道如何显示才能让他更美观，拖动滚动条的时候也会显示，所以一直没有加。

现在全屏下现在是什么都没有，只有漫画图片，如果要显示一个进度条，看起来显得格格不入
