Shall we or not? If so, enabling it in the base image would be the move.

There seems to be pros and cons with all the different versions of the firmware floating around.
I'd say we wait for others to settle on a version, which will be generally best supported. Thats why
we haven't packaged a firmware flasher package yet

Just an 'update'; there haven't really been any news on this front. No real 'always better' firmware available. We keep monitoring the situation, and will of course make an update package when it makes sense.
