Listing a few known issues with mobile-web setup below:

If some ADB command fails while the emulator is open, create-nightwatch outputs “Android setup skipped...”.
No “change your directory” instruction when setup fails.
No 'change directory' instruction for iOS setup?
iOS always tries to setup real device. #86
We should change --mobile flag to --mobile-web, since the --mobile flag might confuse users to think that it would also set up mobile-app testing.
