Raw Data missing when using Gap Sync #138

When using Gap Sync it looks like the unfiltered and filtered values are getting set to 0 for both the mongo and rest uploads. The noise value is getting sent.

I'm guessing it's related to the the way the EGV and Sensor records are merged.
