Describe the bug

The glucose gets truncated on Apple Watch 3 38mm

To Reproduce

  1. Install Trio to Apple Watch 3 38mm
  2. Have a glucose value of 100+ in mg/dL or any glucose value in mmol/L (note that 111 mg/dL does display correctly)
  3. Observe truncation (1...)

Expected behavior

I expected the glucose value to not be truncated
