It would be very useful to have an option such as vertical true to have the slider be vertical instead of horizontal.

I'm also interested in this as I've got the shelly wall display and there a horizontal swipe is hardcoded to switch system views.
On the display it would be possible to arrange multiple sliders side by side and swipe up/down.
