All the other aspects to localisation

Wondering if anyone is interested in all the iother things needs like:

data and time

currency

geographic.

I was thinking about building plugins that use the json for at of this repo but the plugins are invoked to do all the extra translation things needs to get toward full localisation.

if anyone has suggests for packages they use please shout.

Also if you like the idea of plugins or any other approach
