i change 0.12.5 on
(from https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases)
to wkhtmltox-0.12.4_linux-generic-amd64.tar.xz - static compiled - work ok

this is from ubuntu 18.04 LTS
