CLDR - improve translation

The Common Locale Data Repository has many of the translations covered that we use.

To close this issue:

• skip though the documentation and fill this list
• Translate the language in the index.html to choose from
• Translate the language in the drop-down menu
• Translate the month names
• Add a chooser for the date and use the date as 'date according to language'
• Localized Timezone Names https://babel.pocoo.org/en/latest/dates.html#localized-time-zone-names

For all of those, remove them from the present translations.
