😯 Problem to Solve

There are needs for the tooltip to support a diverse set/layout of content, bordering on arbitrary. Unless there is a technical challenge to achieving, we should support it.

An example can be seen in this image where a custom layout of text is displayed in the tooltip
image

Other potential examples, admittedly hypothetical at moment, could be:
bulleted lists
imagery
icons

💁 Proposed Solution

I believe our current design will support these situations but we should create a couple mock-ups just to be sure there aren't any modifications needed or questions that arise.
