Add a vignette showing:

  • Loading data set, exploring and plotting with ggplot2
  • Regression of Death ~ Age +LOS, note confusing output that age doesn't affect death
  • Regression of Death ~ Age * LOS, and watch it make sense.
  • C-statistic
  • Predict
  • Funnel plot
