Request: add LICENSE files

Could you consider adding LICENSE files?

Especially I'd like to know the license of https://github.com/nfinit/ansibench/blob/master/linpack/src/linpack.c

As this repository is mostly just a collection of others' work it doesn't feel quite right to license the entire project, but rather I try to include the licenses for the benchmarks themselves if they were available when I found them. The LINPACK source in this repository is a lightly modified version of Bonnie Toy and Will Menninger's C implementation from the Netlib repository, mostly with a few changes to make it easier to automate and run from a script. The Netlib site doesn't appear to have any license information for this one that I can see.
