Proposals for Sarek Tutorials on use-cases

this is a placeholder to collect ideas to realise additional tutorials on use-cases of sarek
Variant Calling is currently being integrated (http://lescai-teaching.github.io/sarek-tutorial/) into sarek repo usage docs.
Similar things could be realised for:

• CNV calling
• UMI somatic variant calling

• pool-seq
• MeD-Seq within CNV tutorial
• long reads analysis (nanopore, PacBio)
• Annotation (covered by the current tutorial)
• Tumour evolution (combine CN and somatic - to be checked with current sarek setup)
