Shorter version of mention tag

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently when mentioning a user the mention gets very long because it contains the full name and the email address. As far as I can see there is no possibility to configure it currently.

Either a config option on admin or user level what should be shown in a mention "tag" on the server instance or an extension to the mention command to show either full info, full name, prename or surname so that the user can decide.

Forget about it. My fault (more or less).

Nextcloud Text uses the displayname field and I added to the 2nd User Display Name Field the mail address.

Should be fixed by updating the LDAP config to:

Alternatively it would be nice to have a setting (as admin) to only show the user name and omit the 2nd field for mentions in Nextcloud text.
